Pay for a freashie, double digit appraisals , Job security for it operates in pharma space and that is recession free, you donot have wait for your leave to get approved

Dislikes

Confused leadership, extremely high workload esp in the Data Sciences unit. Seems like they sell projects to clients by promising them least possible cost and resources which is why teams are understaffed and overloaded with work. Work never seems tl end, pushinh you to work extra hours/ Sat-Sun. Do not join/ stay for longer if you want to have sanity in your life

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
