Trust me, this workplace has fewer opportunities. There are many, but you should be capable of earning them. I have been working here for two years and with every passing day, I have learned to adapt to new challenges and explore the best in my domain. So for me, working here has never been monotonous. Creativity and innovative ideas are encouraged. This is the best place to grow in your career.

I find myself fortunate to be working here. Not just on professional terms, but I see good upgrades in my personal nature as well. I now talk to people with good understanding. I see that whatever I deal with, I do it with confidence. My social space has advanced a lot, previously it wasn’t even there. I think, it’s all because of working here.

I am happy to leran new things here.The people who are senior have a decent knowledge and experience from whom I learn a lot. Working with such professionals has given me the best core training. Everyone is so friendly and supportive

1.Management of the company has whimsical sense of humor.Volatile decision making, which changes every week based on their judgement. Can make or break your career within a day. 2.Director treats employees like sl@ves, he doesn't have manners to talk with his employees. He will disrespect you in front of any one. 3. Hire freshers from colleges to do research and other work, No training provided, they have to learn on their own, if they do not meet the performance criteria they will be targeted by the director and other departments. 4. Beware of profile change and don't believe the unethical HR team, as they don't convey this message to you. Director can change your role and responsibilities at any time even if you have different expertise and you cannot say no to the director or else he will kick you out of the company. 5. There is no planning before starting the project they will randomly start project in any state without any backup and after failure they will play blame game. 6. Hire and Fire Policy- They will hire employees at higher salaries and if there is no project they will not pay the salary and they will fire them. 7. Politics- People who have been working in this company for two-three years will not support you, thinking that you will do better than them. Your colleagues will not support you, they will try to bring you down. There are some people in the company who have no work, they just gossip and condemn the hard workers. 8. High attrition rate - Those who are carrier oriented and have some goals in life will not survive more than a year in this company. Company doesn't care about attrition, they won't keep good employees but they will retain employees who are worthless. 9. Corporate Jail - Your land line, computer and email will be continuously monitored even your break time will be monitored by the director. No personal mobile phones are allowed in the office. 10. Micromanagement: Every time you have to get approval from the director, you cannot take your own decisions. The director will always keep an eye on you. This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company....Read More

Here you will have all sorts of leaves casual leaves, maternity leaves and paternity leaves, sick leaves, and many others. Just your cause of taking leaves should be genuine. Be honest with your situation, HR people will help you in your situation. They don't stand as a hurdle for you. I was assisted by HR guys when I needed paternity leave a few months back. I just love working here. My Manager and TL are very cooperative.They understand their team well.They don't speak in harsh way. They work out every challenging situation in a constructive way , even I have seen that happening in the most stressful hours. I appreciate their outlook.I feel lucky to work under such compliment people

You will be handed over with every possible opportunity that you wish for. No one will stop you from growing over here. Just, you need to be capable of it. Seniors will encourage you to develop leadership qualities. You need to have a learning mindset and be ready for every challenge

We have certain social and team building events organized here which allows us to interact with each other and work in coordination. I find this program an effective one. As not just because of the team work we get to do, but because we get to know each other well, and also, we get to share our thoughts and ideas on the theme that we are asked to work together. Just loved this event.

Being new to this city, it was a big problem for me to find a good place to stay. But, thanks to company for helping me with it through their housing and relocation assistance program. I was told about it during the time of my interview. They promised me of complete assistance on finding me a good place and asked me to stay unworried. Thanks a lot.

Good to see that we have pantry and mini cafeteria facility. If you have your tiffin, you don’t have to sit in front of your desk to have lunch or breakfast, you have these space facilities. As I don’t bring tiffin, I eat in office pantry. Its well-kept place with absolute hygiene.
