Upper management not give any credit and all things they promised I qualified for foreign trip not given . Incentives not given and I was top performer in term of nop and wfyp but in my exit remarks hr write that i was asked to leave and candidate ineligible for rehiring .

No work life balance, there is a toxic manager and assistant manager who use abusive language and harras you even if you do business they doest even care. Everyday you need to report to office head for leaving office. They will reject your leave without your knowledge. Also there is one trainer who knows nothing about insurance. Youwill feel like each day as a struggle. Vp come office head plays the role of a superstar for the office with such an egoistic attitude. I think other branch offices are far better comparing to Kollam office. If you put down your paper they will reject it and ask business from you. More than 5 persons already left the office with their toxic culture. Don't trust their words during interview they will give a package which is lesser than your current ctc and will give excuses as you will earn promotions in a fast track mode. nothing doing you will not meet their unrealistic targets. Every thing was ok But agency culture is not suited and not supported by customer service as for Banka experience working he has not adjusted in that culture better way to leave the organisation

In agency culture every day time passed till 12 to 1:30 pm at branch for only seating and agent calling after that remaining days customer not meeting everyone have to give in a single day two time commitment in office head cabin it's very horrible and very useless and hopeless just daily 4hr every day 365 days time passed for giving fake commitment

Till 2019-20, company had very good work culture. Credit goes to all vintage employees & who were real Leaders got shaped up during New York Life Era. I love MLIC, bcoz whatever I am today, it has been shaped by Max Life.

very high pressure, daily they will ask you to do products. they will assign you more than one branch and tell to get active . the minimum amount to get active is 1 lac.and you to get active on branches in which you are assined. beside that they force you to do term insurance . even if you do 10 lac a month ,they will forget about this after 2 days and pressure you to do more..and daily you to hear bad words from your boss morning, evening and nyt ( 7 pm )...your boss will treat you like sl*ves...And that's my experience. when i resigned from there 4 of my colleagues were also resigned,with 2 month difference......Read More

The thing is like about max life insurance is salary credit is on time and 2nd and 3rd Saturday is also weekoff.

Dislikes

Dislike is you need to also work on 2nd and 3rd Saturday on your week off also if you r on sales department. No support from managers and Management. Zero learning and skills development. On low package they expect high level quality work from employees. Worst management and system. Field work also involved in the low salary. 2 field visit per day.
