It's a very unstable and unfriendly environment with External Candidates , there is NO Acceptance for outside talent and huge amount of Red Tapism exists.

Likes

It's a excrutiating work life environment, actually there is no life left once you work here, However the company culture of care is outstanding when it comes to supporting fellow employees in adversity. Also there is unnecesarry Idol worship and external talent is not valued.

highly archaic thought process Lost in past , can't get out of traditional practices.
