Intrra personal relation needs lot of improvement especially in the office I worked. One of the good training in insurance sector. There is a chance to growth provided one who work restlessly. Regarding salary and job security, it would be better if no comments are made. Work environment is average as the leader do not take team together though there is lot of scope for learning. Employees hardly stick in the company due to cheap politics at supervisory cadre. Company keeps very high target in short notice fot bonus and rewards. Many Sales Managers give false information to get the call into conversion. If the proper training is given to advisors, without the help of Sales perdonnel, company may ger good amount of premium.
