There is so much of politics here, Managers ask Branch people to give bad review about particular person so that Managers can escalate them without any mistakes because of personal grudges. They shift you to different locations far away from your home They don't give any emergency or personal leaves inspite you having 50+ leaves. They escalates you if you take emergency leave saying leave should be approved and you cannot directly take it They doesn't respond to mail on time and makes you wait and then escalate you if you take leave. There is no increment of money All higher management are together and they will torcher you like hell It's the worst company to work for., many of my friends also faced same type of issues. Sometimes you have to stay in office till 10 or 11pm also if target is not complete. Target is so high that you will never receive incentives. Company divided the colleges in two categories one is on roll employees and second one is off roll. They treat off roll employees like a shit and force to work 6 days in week however on roll employees only have to work 5 days. Off roll employees have to work on desktops and on roll employees get their personal laptop and can also dowfh and off roll employees are not allow to do so. They don’t even invite off roll employees on any events and office tours. Also they don’t even give any gift on festivals to off roll employees. Everyday you need to report to office head for leaving office. They will reject your leave without your knowledge. Also there is one trainer who knows nothing about insurance. Youwill feel like each day as a struggle. Vp come office head plays the role of a superstar for the office with such an egoistic attitude. I think other branch offices are far better comparing to Kollam office. If you put down your paper they will reject it and ask business from you. More than 5 persons already left the office with their toxic culture.
