It is very bad and worst exepirence with Axis securities ltd no any time management not giving any proper training main thing is no any carrier growth for future appraisal policy is totally bad no any co ordination with team and bosses mentally disturbance and attitude matters extra workings on holiday times not fix time of office worst exepirence with Human Resource team also not provided proper information not same rule for everyone it's attitude and relations matter really frausted and harace in working with Axis securities Ltd when I got promotion my seniors not providing mi my official email id and other information even they are not aware about this only they are happy with targets and achievements it's not good for employee in future I dnt refer to anyone to join axis securities. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
