The bank is having a co-operative, friendly and productive work environment. It provides job security to employees and growth opportunities. I would love to be a part of the operations team of the bank.

As such there is nothing which I dislike about the axis bank but yes the bank can for sure improve at keeping records in digital format rather than keeping on papers and it would certainly reduce the costing of the bank and also the workload of the employees giving them more time to utilize it productively.

Work Details

The work at the bank was properly arranged and disciplined that was the I really liked and everyone there were so helpful. Yes the work is exhausting at the peak hours but still the environment is very good with all basic facilities for the employees
