Poor appraisal, Poor Management & culture (last 2 years) High level of dirty politics, bending the rules based on whims & fancies of bosses, poor/no practical training, switchover to other verticals very difficult, poor bosses with little knowledge but highly egoistic, poor work life balance with even calls after 9 pm and Saturday & Sunday working, after Work From Home option it has become literally 24x7, Pay scales also very pathetic compared to IBA salary structure (cheating in the n/o CTC which many wont recognise while joining), Poor leave policy...Read More

At Circle level & branch level there is less transparency in work environment. Work life balance is missing, personal space is not given at all. Company policy are transparent but local level there is a lot of politics. A good supervisor at department level is a need of the hour.

Lots of politics at local level. No work life balance in the Branch banking operations dept. Head of dept is unable to take calls & overviews every little detail with no freedom to the team in carrying out their daily work. Morning evening reporting to Circle BBO Head takes a lot of time & serves no purpose. Job training should be done on regular basis for branch & circle level staff, its a need of the hour. There should be strict rules on staff who stay late as this reflects their inefficiency & probably dept work load too. I take pride in working with my bank. We work as a family. That is the strength of this organization

Dislikes

Back office staff should be supportive to the branch banking staff. Branch staff is banks frontline people. Unless branches are supported with timely requests processes and skilled staff at branch level , bank cannot go the extra mile. We can still do more business only proper support needed.

I liked Axis Bank as because I have been working since so many years liked the culture and the way staff were being treated by the bank and also bank took care of the staff needs

Dislikes

DVP promotion structure is not at all transparent. Do not know how DVP promotion happens .
