Off late the revision in remuneration of old employees has been initiated to bring them at par with other employees joined in recent past in the same department. Seems a favorable step toward equal remuneration for all.

During last 5 years the organization has forgotten the basics. The new tasks assigned needs a staff training before its implementation at ground, which is completely missing from last few years. The supervisors tone has become threatening with every passing day. The resources who want to stick with the organization and don't want tojob hopper, are considered as burden and being realized that organization is doing a favor to them by allowing to continue. To a certain extent undeserving people without required experience in same role have been given authority to get work done as per their own style of working. Meetings are being conducted with an objective to target 1 or 2 employees, defame them to the extent possible and also set them as an example for other participants.
