Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Acxiom consulting hires employees and when they have to make the payment then they harass you sexually and throw out of the company with no money and tells that the employee is not intersted in relocation.
