Culture nurtured in the company by Managers are very bad. Especially in Cash Management & Accounting team. Manager threatens employees to work when on leave and negotiating on leaves very badly. Always blaming on employees infront of everyone on the floor. Yatin Kataria is really bad and upsetting the whole professional decorum of the company. Employees are scared to go against him because of the support from management. As management is from north india they are heavily biased to North indians and giving growth to people who did POSH act and lenience in granting leaves and on site opportunities.
