It is a great company in every aspect. I only worked for 6 months here but can tell from my 11 years of experience that this was the greatest company to work with in India/Gurgaon in terms of work culture. Some people in AXA XL Gurgaon find problem and complain about politics, low pay etc etc but they are the people who have never worked in another BPO/BPS company so they don't actually have anything to compare with. I used to smile inside when see them complaining (because door ke dhol suhavne lgte hain)... The reason I left is because of an unsolicited job opportunity gaven by one of my previous manager.
