I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Even though they have buyout option they won't allow you, if they allow you they will mentioned statement like that x person haven't completed the notice period. After paying the amount.
