there is noting to like about this organisation. It totaly a lala chap company.

There 3 directors in company and the employee always stuck between the politics of directors. Directors abuse their employees very badly and even beat them up. If employees resign they do not complete the full and final payment upto six months, if employees leaves without resign they c all in new company of employees and get him fired from the job from new company. Increment poor, Senior hods are good. Plant head is big political person. Bad person. Hr policys are not good yet. Very high leval politics now. Not importance to team only special face. Now overall work culture is not good.

The company is suitable only for freshers who want to learn and gain initial experience .

1. They are lack of proper work- related policies . some heads of department (H.O.D) in the international business divison assign personal task to executive and fresher , often requirng them to stay late nigh for the personal errand sometimes 10pm. 2. Employees who have stayed with the company for 5-6 years are a rare exception . Most new hires work for only about a year before leaving due to the extremely poor working environment 3. if you have previously worked at well established company and then join Axa Parenterals you will likely to struggle to adjust . Many employee start looking for a new job within a week of joining or aim to spend just one year there. 4<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Additionally favoritism and office politics are rampant </mark>. Certain employee act as informants (Chamcha) for the directors , sharing detailed information about their colleagues . Every directors seems to least one employee who act as a spy , reporting the smallest details. 5. The situation at the plant is very poor .
