A company is opening in 2007. Its having a new technology system. I had also the part of team member.Its having the high quality products and has global client and self market. work Environment is good and I had work with him for 10 years.

Company having compensation and growth is average . The work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 16-24 hrs straight in a day. I have to attend the calls of clients or venders in the evening and nights.there is also job for freshers,trainers for his growth.

HR department is not provided salary slip on monthly basis & if you are need of salary slip then you will have to follow up from HR department at least 10 time then you can get. 02. Washroom for staff & packing helper are same so when ever you will go in washroom then always you will see uncleaned. 03. Congested space in canteen so when you will go to canteen then you will have to wait to take lunch....Read More

Increment poor, Senior hods are good. Plant head is big political person. Bad person. Hr policys are not good yet. Very high leval politics now. Not importance to team only special face. Now overall work culture is not good.
