Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?

Company having compensation and growth is average . The work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 16-24 hrs straight in a day. I have to attend the calls of clients or venders in the evening and nights.there is also job for freshers,trainers for his growth.

There 3 directors in company and the employee always stuck between the politics of directors. Directors abuse their employees very badly and even beat them up. If employees resign they do not complete the full and final payment upto six months, if employees leaves without resign they call in new company of employees and get him fired from the job from new company.
