Whatever I think, I remember I had much better experience with previous employers.

1. Employee benefits 2. No employee recognition 3. Extremely female biased environment 4. Extremely manual work at every level 5. Management is biased on specific employees 6. Lot of caricature within and out of teams 7. Very less value of expertise of employees 8. Individuals are lethargic to respond 9. Hardly any tool that works as it should 10. Laptops are extremely slow, old and bogus

I would like to highlight a concern regarding the company's policy on notice periods during the probation period. Despite being on probation, employees are required to pay for the entire notice period upon resignation. Despite having a genuine reason for leaving, I was still required to pay for the full notice period, which I believe is both unfair and potentially unlawful.

everything to dislike the company work culture is very toxic and compelled to achive high claim processing target . And everything thing will be checked by the QC they wwill be abusing day and night. As soon as you join it will become a bad nightmare for you where everybody will take from outside and no satisfication inside.

Just the location as it was in my hometown.

Why so many women?? Just women . Low accumen back office BPO jobs carried out here. No internal movements encouraged. HR is from rural institutions who cannot speak English properly. Salary is abyssymal. Worked here only because I was in a financial difficulty. Also, notice period is an unbelievable 90 days (not negotiable!).
