The Fixed shifts and work life balance is best at AXA. Also you know that you have a secured job.

Dislikes

The payscale is worst at axa. They would pay pennies and get a lot of work done. Also axa faces worst retention ratio as they dont even try to retain you.

It was a good working culture for Fresher as they provide training and learning opportunity. Even om site opportunity for the person who is doing well are more within 2 years of joining however after that there is bond of 1 year. Salary appraisal is good but hike is not as per expectations from other companies. Work life balance us also good as there are many holidays upto 40 in a year so you can utilize as per your need and as per work load in your team. Career growth in term of learning limited to one things if you in one team only and Salary/ Appraisal there is politics in some cases but other than its on an average not too much hike provided. Transport is not free and there is issue in transport sometimes not coming in time or other issues. It was good experience in term of short period also. Nice work life balance and working culture to new employee. If got chance willing to join again due to leaves they provided and work life balance.
