The operations team is run by super lazy people who don't want to do any work. They will tell no to any project! Especially the likes of FOS and Business development You have a query or need guidance, they will ask the same question back to you This will go bust in the next 1 year

Honestly, there is not much to dislike about working at Awign. The company culture is supportive and environment is conductive to learning and growth. Any minor issues are addressed quickly, and the team is always open to feedback and improvement. Overall, i have had a very positive experience.
