Some times Payments delay and medical insurance information is not provided. Last year July 2023 They told us Decrease our payment amount and give medical insurance but we have no information about it. If they are decreased aur amount then aur remaining amount will be provided as a P.F..

Honestly, there is not much to dislike about working at Awign. The company culture is supportive and environment is conductive to learning and growth. Any minor issues are addressed quickly, and the team is always open to feedback and improvement. Overall, i have had a very positive experience.
