My review is related to invigilation work at ION digital centers. The work assigned is good.

Dislikes

The payment is very low. Working hours are more. Staff suffer without any minimum facility to take lunch break and no emergency information number. They mention 9hrs per day but it will be more than 12hrs. This company just recruite and leave the staff they don't consider staff comfort at work zone. Daily wage labours are earning more than invigilators. This is really pathetic. The managers they recruite should be efficient to handle any issues at the center. All the employees reviews should be taken every month regarding working place. If awign doesn't solve ground issues there will be a lot of problem with staff in future....Read More

I like my job, it is a classic job , bt administration are very.poor, there are no supervisor,who can solve our problems, my duties are uncertain, i am not getting my duties as per company rule . My coordinator give me the duty as her mood and time . Nobody is there where i can complain.

The confirmation call comes in the evening before going to duty every day. There is a call in the morning before knowing whether you are leaving today or not. Awign company works with a lot of responsibilities. Everyone who works gets paid. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Wherever I have worked on behalf of Avigan company. Those people work honestly but then the problem arises. When we work honestly and payment is not updated. There is also a problem in withdrawing the payment. Payment is available but after facing so much problem. There is no growth of the invigilator. It is not job secure.
