I would like to say that I'm fortunate to work with such a good company who wish to attain all the organisation goals and targets focusing through the priorities of good employee - organisational culture, work life balance ,People Friendly atmosphere holding strong base of best industry quality standards in all level of operations.

It would be great further by giving opportunities and exposure to the latest industry technologies to be adopted in all areas of operations and enhance the performance level both for organisation and people to the next level. Internal Performance review systems also has to be standardized and focused to identify the right talents.

Teammates are very supportive. They work towards achieving the goal set for them. Yearly once fresh up classes are given to all workers from various department. The management gives more importance to the safety of their workers. There is a healthy salary appraisal. Work environment is pleasant according to each work.

Dislikes

Seniors take time to accept their juniors in terms of their experience and job undertaking. Once in four years salary appraisal is done. Managers attitude differs in treating their colleagues.
