Since the new national head joined from last 1 year the culture has changed in Aviva and it is more of politics driven and only the lobby people get the support. These people are more into oiling and buttering and less on work.....gradually the work life balance and work culture is getting worse...

I was working at Koregaon Park Branch in Pune. As compare to other branch, this branch was very helpful and worked as a team. They try to complete the targets of each member of a whole team so that they can also complete the team target as well. Incentives are great here. Leads could be an issue. Business from new leads is very difficult as we don't get much potential response from them. So the actual issue of the new leads is i feel its not properly verified that's why don't get much response as per my experience.
