Organisation is good. Senior employee are not educated and they have a bitter side of jealousy and to bound your innovative approach to work. Old tradition of selling like we had 10-15years back. No creative approach and support by the cluster manager. Divide and rule policy. Work station is a hell. You are not allowed to talk to your co-workers to improve your area where you lack behind. No logical talks and approach. Highly not recommended for people with good education qualification. You feel suffocating work atmosphere though cluster manager has planned live human cameras who will report to him about your each and every activity. The company policy is as fast you reach your target more to step up in designation in the company. So cluster manager has a threat to lose his seat. He won't allow people to work more than 10months or 1year. He will find ways to complaint about you or his tactics to remove you from the organisation....Read More

No progressive and innovative approach towards work 2.suffocating work culture that you will not be allowed to talk or eat with anyone if you are new to the company 3.meaningless meetings with has no agenda to work and support the organisation 4. No job stability and support by the seniors to make you achieve your goal 5 baseless talks and negative energy ambience
