In a span of just 1 year my salary was put on hold for 5 times. And also 3 months before leaving the organisation had worked under the worst unskilled manager in my entire 12 yrs of professional life.. Instead of focusing on strong strategy he only taught us to beg for business, and also was spreading negativity among other colleagues. As per him Colleagues are your Rivals is what he had taught us.
