Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Salaries were credited on time. Managers were supportive, regular team meeting if facing any difficulties.

Dislikes

1.No clarity of work. It was work from due to covid.Hired as data analytics intern for three months. Later hired as Quality analyst employee by promising position in data analysis team and increment after completion of probation. Yet nothing changed after months. 2. Sudden layoff when asked about progress. 3. Salary deduction. 4. Tight target to match. Bad experience.
