AVEVA is one of those IT companies where you will feel as always a good place to work in terms of company culture, CSR activities, employee caring and so on. The management in terms of giving you the proper work life balance along with allowing the time for your family is really really appreciated. Here you will find the great place to be in touch with many other teams apart from your working product. AVEVA always understands the value of culture well, whether it is national holidays or any state holiday. Here you will not find so issue of getting leaves for your illness or vacation. AVEVA's HR team is always versatile in organizing different events either through physically or virtually. Most of the time you will find some events or awareness program happening across the globe apart from your work. Even you can join in all those while getting free time. The Hyderabad office is really really a big space in Waverock building and inside it always looks colorful. Annually AVEVA organizes a grand party for all employee for fun and enjoyment in one of the grand hotels. Job security is always here . The situation during covif-19 is the best example for this. Even AVEVA had paid a good amount to the employee for buying the furniture required for setting up their work environment. The place is really cool for them, who crosses the age of 40 as because at that time people always seeks the environment having some kind of job security. I'm into testing. so i can state something related to my field of work. -Outdated Technology -Most of the applications are legacy application, which needs more time to upgrade with trending supporting technology. Because of which, mostly you will get manual work rather than automation. -Hike, growth related to technology is not up to market . -Recognition is not well....Read More

Dislikes

AVEVA surely needs to look into the growth of its employees as a par Market outside. I believe there is significant work required to put employees on their market values. Currently, very slow growth and very nominal hikes. Also, though we see flexibility for self-learning, there is some hesitation when it comes to time allocation fro m Management or employing those skills on projects. Sometimes it is needed to broaden up the scope of the work or create new work scopes all together to stay updated with tech outside and match our company goals....Read More

Currently, I work with legacy products of AVEVA. Doesn't seem challenging but if you are a product testing person than a tech-savvy guy, you will love it here.

Promotions-Career growth is slow in terms of job levels and hikes have gone down since last few years with no onsite opportunity
