One of the best Product Development in this domain and the work culture is very good here. They focus a lot on the work life balance and have very good policies to support the same. There is no to less work pressure, 9 to 6 are working hours and flexible too. People here are very supportive and encourage you to learn and grow. AVEVA has offices in many locations and you will get opportunity to travel to these international locations. Career growth is very good in some teams and it is slow in other teams, this is something I don't like. However, you can apply for the internal job openings too if that is something you want to pursue.

I am with AVEVA from past 8 years and was very happy with this journey as I got the opportunity to work on the new age tech. During this tenure I have seen only 1 resignation (Graduate with 2 yrs exp.) in my team. Work at AVEVA is fun and adventurous.

The work culture is good and even work life balance as well. Work pressure is moderate which is yielding in work life balance. Company has given good support during Covid time and it has provided all the required tools to make sure the product quality of work is upto the mark.

Dislikes

The growth is slow and has some political affiliations. Even if your giving the straight forward feedback, few of them taking it in a negative approach instead of working on the problem and trying to find a solution. The another thing is last year during covid time when the lock down started the performance review was completed and we would have received the appraisal but it was rolled back. It would have been if it was put on hold for 6 months and then if the productivity was good the appraisal should have been given along with arrears instead of complete roll back....Read More

Job security is good since I am cost effective Global Delivery Centre. Employees help each other when required and that way work culture is good. Company policies are good, there is car lease policy, flexible health & life insurance policies, onsite travel policies etc.

Dislikes

Salary/Appraisal standards are less when compared with other similar business companies. May be some politics.

My work is handling customer projects in delivery team, globally. Some time more work pressure depending on the status/phase of project. International travel for 1-2 months every year, for the countries for which projects are being executed.

All the companies around the world has given salary hikes to their employees in mid year in spite of pandemic. Though Aveva performed well in terms of business and ROI, there is no benefit to the employees. No promotions, no hikes, no bonuses
