Aveva is a great company that cares about the people. We always believed one Aveva one family because it used to treat everybody like a family. The environment is both professional and friendly. I love working here.

Dislikes

I think the salary must be normalized as per the market. I believe except our income everything is increasing in this current situation around the world, but I am sure company will do something about this.

-HR policies, employee caring org., company support during a pandemic, no deduction of salary, issues related to company management are addressed properly.

Dislikes

Technologies, Legacy Application, No career growth, No increment, worst politics and micromanagement within the team, No recognition, Automation testing should be enhanced

Likes

Work life balance is the one great point i would like to highlight which AVEVA maintains. There was no layoffs even during the pandemic which is commendable.

Dislikes

Salary reviews disappointing. The salary normalization based on individuals performance, experience and job type are not taken into consideration. During the pandemic I had to work for 12 hours day but that work went unnoticed during salary appraisal.

I was working with the company has good culture, respect, Job security and follows company policies. I had learnt new skills ,Learning trainings to grow up. our management respects each employee and help accordingly. Our teammates encouraging with positive attitude in Work culture.

Dislike with Working at aveva is not much there. Aveva needs to provide Bonus policy per year an Medical room with Doctor availability.

Likes

The work-life balance is very good. The management is reachable. Very good working culture. HR policies are good. Best place to learn from various platforms (Pluralsight, Coursera, Internal knowledge sharing forums, Internal wiki). Management encourages for innovation ideas. Conducts Hackathon on every year. Health policy, Car Lease policies are good. Employees will get AVEVA shares in 1:1 ratio.

Dislikes

... Since it's a product based company onsite opportunities are limited for 1 week. Compensation is average. Less opportunities learn new technologies from project, but there are opportunities to learn from Pluralsight and Coursera. As the employee count is 1000+, some times politics exists.
