Good culture for working . Senior are supportive. Fooding & Geust house and travelling facility are good in this company .food also normal but fine not bad food . One thing I like in this company fooding, traveling Geust house to site , guest house are same for both types of employees off roll & on roll

There are some point for dislike in this company . 1. All off roll Engineer & supervisor doing hard work in each project but not geting value as same on roll employees. Third party employees not getting anual increment & appraisal. 2. In any festival as dipawali company not provided same gift . On roll employees getting good product .but third party employees getting bad quality gift for third party employees not getting any value in this company. 3. Staffs are really good, good facilities are provided to everyone whether you're on payroll or on roll employee.

Dislikes

They don't provide reimbursement and allowances, getting vehicle is extremely tough from the admin as they always deny or make excuse.

- Alternate Saturday Working - It Totally depends on your manager, would recommend to take feedback of your reporting manager from ex- employees. He/she could make your life hell: No work life balance, No recognition, unnecessary work pressure. - Salary Disparity at its peak. You could be earning 10 lakhs at 5 years of experience and thinking you are well settled but at Avaada disparity will hit you like anything. Same education qualification, same tier college but person with less/similar experience might be earning double than you (Fact).
