- One person with its own EGO, they don't think about employees. - Environment is very negative, if they don't like you or you will not matching with them EGO, then you worst time is start. - They don't give you full salary as they mentioned in your previously (letter). - Senior Employees/Managers is having no respect there. - If you are fresher be ready to teach yourself because their is no same tech senior employee who can help you in development.
