Hi, Thanks for your review and your remarks. When someone is hired department or nature of the job is indicative and the final allotment is decided based on various factors like assessments, organizational needs, and training feedback. In your case, you are supposed to be hired for application Development and we only changed the platform from .NET to Visual Basic. For offering better services and support to our end customers we need to make sure that applications are designed in a controlled fashion so even after the person who developed that application has left giving support or modification is easy that is the main reason behind having our own standards and workflow. We have Sunday as a weekly off day and even if under extreme circumstances someone is working on an off day they're allotted Compensatory off which can be availed later at any time from the next working day.

Thanks for your feedback. For salary Structure, we disagree here as we have compared our pay grade with industry standards and it has been observed for a person with 3-4 years of experience and good performance we offer better salaries compared to the standard salary of engineers.
