- There is no HR to take care of employee wellbeing or safety. If you take it upon yourself to protect your needs, it still won't be done. - Flexible timings mean that they do not function in the mornings, and stay open till late, effectively rendering you incapable of having a life. -Immature and unprofessional founder, who rejectswork without reason, picks obviously problematic iterations, and leaves snarky remarks and acts condescending whenever an opportunity presents itself.
