Catch is that almost all the marketing ideas are stolen from other brands, with no thought about the reasoning behind these campaigns. - No regrets while resigning

- There is no HR to take care of employee wellbeing or safety. If you take it upon yourself to protect your needs, it still won't be done. - Flexible timings mean that they do not function in the mornings, and stay open till late, effectively rendering you incapable of having a life. -Immature and unprofessional founder, who rejects work without reason, picks obviously problematic iterations, and leaves snarky remarks and acts condescending whenever an opportunity presents itself. Impossible to work with, while maintaining your dignity. - Astoundingly bad gender balance, which is unsurprising owing to lack of any policies or HR.
