As of company it's good bt due to the old employees of the company and management make the culture too worst for persons who are outsiders. No leave for them even 12 hrs duty and they will be called on every Sunday. Even in Medical issue also they won't provide leave. If you perform well then U will be transferred or will be forced to resign.
