I like the team mates that I worked with who very cooperative, very talented and always shared new ideas to make things better.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

I do not like the way things are communicated to the employees including consultants. Did find the management to be lacking in transparency and lacked decision making skills.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
