Managers focus on your talent more than anything. There's nothing that limits your growth if you're talented. Your abilities will certainly be valued to give you the push you need. When such are the managers, I have no worries. There are many saviours for anything and everything. I count on them for my holistic approach in the company.

A few policies are new. They were initially complex to go through. They have several regulations to keep in mind.

Working at Aurigo has ben nothing less than reaching a milestone. Due to this company, I've excelled in my career. I have crawled up the ladder to work in my current position. Internal movement is possible here and I can tell this from my experience. I have a track record of fulfilling the goals I set for myself.

The cooperation shown by HR is marvellous. In different situations, I have approached HR. I have been influenced by the empathy shown by this team. It goes beyond its way to understand the situation of an employee. I am lucky to have access to this department that understand me, no matter what.

During my training, I learned many things, mostly being new to me. It was a great initiative but it ended shortly. Its span could have been longer.

How you communicate and present yourself in an office really matters. I've improved myself in both areas at Aurigo. These are my greatest learnings in this office. I feel like I am more professional and I have a long way to go.

Everything is good except for the fact that I have a desk job. I wish there was a well-equipped gym for some physical activities in between my shifts.

The learning curve is very high since it is a start-up that designs capital management software and customizes its products. The soft skills will be required so much though you're into just technical roles. Leadership is developed since you will handle roles alone.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is poor. Since the company is headquartered in the US, on-site and on-shore connections demand work post 8 pm or at least until 8 pm. There's no variable pay for the extra efforts you put forward. Salary and hikes are less too.

The work environment of a company is actually a reflection of it. Observing closely, I see that this company's environment is fantastic. It has strongly positive energy flowing in. The kind of people hired matters and the staff here is good. They keep the atmosphere cool by being genuine towards one another.

My probation period has been longer than I expected. I have fewer leaves during this period. Sick leaves could have been provided more generously.

Aurigo has best vibes. The environment is vibrant almost everyday. As the team member has expanded, there are birthday celebrations every now and then. Work anniversaries are never missed out. It is fun to attend these gatherings. I've got to know many colleagues through these. i will be completing a year at Aurigo.

I just have 2 drawers available to me. I can store only few things as these are too small. Their locks also need to be repaired.

I have a long list of things that I like here. Work-life balance is the best in this company. I've never been affected by the workload. It is usually low. It is good in terms of HR policies. Attendance and leave are managed well. Then it goes without saying that the HR DEPT. is nice too.

It's natural for anyone's performance to go through different phases. What really makes difference is how understanding an organisation is. The management is empathetic and that is all I need. It deals with employees as politely and kind as possible. When I take time to grasp things, I don't worry any longer.

If you're an employee of Aurigo, you'll be showered with benefits. This is the office where the probations period has been the most comfortable because of these benefits. This office has the best work culture. It has friendly and encouraging top management. I have an amazing and flexible schedule, with nothing being hectic at all. Here, I've been working for a long time and I've been surely loving my job. The office provides some of the best perks, Whether or not you're new to it. The vibe in this place is very chill. Directors are friendly and their support matters. Health and sick leaves are good in numbers. Parties and celebrations are very common. There is no gap between teams.
