Talented employees are encouraged here to keep improving my skills have become more polished in this company. I am yet to complete a full year. But irrespective of that. supreme guidance is given to learning quickly the managers are experienced to a great extent.

Aurigo is a great organization to work with. They always treat their employees as human assets. They put all their effort to retain talent. In there touch times. they have taken all the safety measures to product the employees be it up-gradation of their medical facilities, transportation facilities, or policies.

Nothing as of now. It is one of the best IT organizations in Bangalore.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working at Aurigo Technologies. I have been working with it on site and am okay with all the facilities it has. But other than that, the office is nicely maintained. Everything is kept upgraded, even the work devices. The laptop I have been given is the best one.

Leaves are somewhat limited. I have worked in other places. There were more leaves given there. Some changes to the policy can be made.

A company that has good values is surely nice to join. And, if I talk about Aurigo, its values deserve every praise. They help in keeping the environment respectful for everyone, including helpers. No policies or benefits are hidden from the employees. The management works transparently and doesn't misuses its rights.

I was not given a diary or any proper joining kit when I joined the company. Although I was expecting one, I didn't get it.

I wish Aurigo was the first office I joined but I am happy that I am working here now. Its the coolest workplace where bosses truly makes a difference. They keep the team satisfied by rewarding them throughout their tenure. Also, they are the most understanding. When my health was not alright, they suggested me to take leave until I got better.

Dislikes

The canteen staff isn't that good at cleaning utensils. I sometimes find them to be dirty enough.

In this workplace, many initiatives are taken by the founders. They care for the staff and plan helpful, policies for their convenience. I get earned leave, sick leave and casual leave. Health provisions has been provided to me. For mental well-being, work life-balance and breaks are given. I am satisfied with all of these initiatives and benefits.

Most tasks are planned prior. But processes that demands more attention should be planned.

It is the culture of this workplace that has made me grow fond of it. I work with a team that is immensely collaborative. My colleagues and I support each other to get through different things. Sometimes, we approach the management for something that need to be quickly settled.

Dislikes

The managers prefer inviting many teams members to meeting but I don't think so many people are needed. This unnecessarily adds to the length of discussions.

Having here been some time now, I've observed that this office is incredible.. Though a variety of tasks. my learning curve has been steep. Some aspects of the work have been challenging but it has been good for my learning. I am getting better in my role gradually and also developing a finer understanding of it.

In the office, the punch-in time machine doesn't work properly, It seems that the device is also outdated.

One thing I appreciate a lot about this place is work-life balance. I have a perfectly balanced role and am superbly satisfied with it. No matter what work you do, this balance is important. I never had to struggle to maintain it. Everything has smooth and easy-going. On my plate, I have different responsibilities. All of them are prioritised, making sure that I feel no pressure.

Commute options are limited to reach the place on time.
