It was with this organisation that I started my career. In 2024, in the mid of January, I got the chance to join it. It has now been more than a year since I've been an employee here. My journey has been amazing. This organisation is good for learning. The staff is nice. People in HR department are helpful. Nothing seems to be lacking.

Managers focus on your talent more than anything. There's nothing that limits your growth if you're talented. Your abilities will certainly be valued to give you the push you need. When such are the managers, I have no worries. There are many saviours for anything and everything. I count on them for my holistic approach in the company.

A few policies are new. They were initially complex to go through. They have several regulations to keep in mind.

Working at Aurigo has ben nothing less than reaching a milestone. Due to this company, I've excelled in my career. I have crawled up the ladder to work in my current position. Internal movement is possible here and I can tell this from my experience. I have a track record of fulfilling the goals I set for myself.

The cooperation shown by HR is marvellous. In different situations, I have approached HR. I have been influenced by the empathy shown by this team. It goes beyond its way to understand the situation of an employee. I am lucky to have access to this department that understand me, no matter what.

During my training, I learned many things, mostly being new to me. It was a great initiative but it ended shortly. Its span could have been longer.

The work environment of a company is actually a reflection of it. Observing closely, I see that this company's environment is fantastic. It has strongly positive energy flowing in. The kind of people hired matters and the staff here is good. They keep the atmosphere cool by being genuine towards one another.

My probation period has been longer than I expected. I have fewer leaves during this period. Sick leaves could have been provided more generously.

I never had to struggle to maintain it. Everything has smooth and easy-going. On my plate, I have different responsibilities. All of them are prioritised, making sure that I feel no pressure.

What keep me engaged at work is the variety of tasks. In this office, I've seen a bunch of things and all of them are varied. My interest is greatly retained when I work on these. To date nothing has been monotonous in my work. There's also the option of requesting my manager to give me challenging work. The more I handle it, the better my abilities get.

Aurigo has quite a friendly staff. This is what I admire about it. The employees work at different levels. But they all know what it is to be on a team. They maintain friendly terms and politely convey whatever they want to. We work very cordially at Aurigo.

Adapting to this role was challenging and exciting at the same time. The company gave me sufficient time to understand it. But the actual training phase was not that long.
