I Joined here during the pandemic situation. The company has been supportive throughout the situation. The targets set have been achievable till now. The HR listens to my problems when I am unable to solve them on my own. Aurigo's managers and other lead engineers have been polite to me.

Dislikes

Concerns like health benefits may not be quickly addressed. Benefits are there for the employees. But there are not many health benefits.

For 2 years, I have been managing a team of engineers/ They know their work but I supervise the projects and coordinate with the team.

Health facilities are available in the company Aurigo can provide transportation services to its employees. For me, this is really helpful because i don't like public transport and i don't own a private vehicle either regarding work, I absolutely love handling the team and guiding it.

Dislikes

Aurigo has been excellent in giving facilities. But the office's cafeteria needs a bit of improvement. It's nice but and can be made more spacious with new seats

The management has been doing a fine job in keeping the work environment positive Aurigo's canteen is nice i can expect pretty decent food when i'm not carrying my lunch exposure to good is a great bonus in this company

Dislikes

I am more comfortable with remote work only because of the location. It is almost 1.5 hours away from my place. It can take a long time to reach here without getting late

I am glad to complete a year here. I like the environment here of the company. The management a proper code of conduct because of which the environment stays good. I am also satisfied with my bonding with the team. Working with such colleagues really makes the day enjoyable. The projects on which we work also very interesting. I think the company can think of adding just few more leaves after the lockdown. It will be easier for many employees yo visit their families when the leaves are paid

The work timings of the office are flexible. Sometime when i need just a few hours to run errands other office tasks, I don't have to take a full leave i can adjust the timings. The team aurigo software technologies is big I get to connect with professionals from different fields. They all are well Qualified The company's management is doing a great job it helps me out or suggests me when i need guidance. Aurigo has a decent leave policy and leaves are available with ease

Dislikes

More things are good here but few improvements can be made usually the workload isn't there but during weekends, It can be felt. This can be looked at by the company

Aurigo is a employee centric company . They look after their employees very well due to covid -19 a lot of companies have fired their employees whereas aurigo has helped thousands by letting them keep their jobs.

Due to covid - 19 the coordination rate has gradually decreased.
