I am part of several new projects In this office. The company encourage me to think innovatively to work on these projects. I engage in brainstorming and experimenting with new strategies. To some extent, being creative all the time is a challenge. However, this is also the best skill I am sharpening here.

Dislikes

Though not severe, some seniors assertively give advice instead of suggesting something. They're not so flexible with their ideas being modified.

The compamy has given me enough facilities that have benefited me at many levels. I am a part of management and there are other managers too. They all are genuine people. They don' t promote and diplomatic movies or politics

i started working here full time and have been serving the position of the QE manager. when i joined here. the company was working from home. they were not allowing the employees to come to the office since is very concerned about the health of its employees.
