it's good thing that aurigo doesn't tell the employees to complete the usual shift and then go back to their personal lives. The focus here is on bringing quality and productivity. That is why the project have been so successful and the company has been doing fine. I am quite happy with the work culture.

I would like to mention that this company has been working just as usual throughout the lockdown. The rules are being sincerely followed. The work timings were not increased even when we all were comfortably working from home. The salary was as usual never delayed. It has been a fantastic experience till now and I hope for the same in future as well....Read More

Some people arose and my network went off. But when I told the same to the office they adjusted and created no fuss about that. I am greateful for that.

I got to join here during the pandemic so i was remotely working here. at that time, I couldn't see the staff because the office wasn't open i wasn't expecting many females were working here. This is quite notable about aurigo

I joined this company during the lockdown. I had been working from home all this while. It was a pleasant experience working with the team. Even when I was not physically present in the office, I never found any communication issues at work. Gladly, I did not come across anything I would dislike. I did come across some problems in the beginning because I wasn't able to understand the work so easily. But I constantly kept in touch with my seniors and was gradually able to understand the work too. No problems found since then.

I have a total work experience of 7 years but I have only been working in this company for 2 years. In these two years, I never faced the problem of excessive workload. According to me, there are very few companies that will not burden you with unnecessary workload and Aurigo Software Technologies is one among them. In my previous company, the workload was such that I was unable to manage it within the usual work hours. I have worked with 4 offices before joining Aurigo Software Technologies. In those offices, the management was god but whenever an employee made a suggestion or complained about anything, it was sometimes worked upon but not always. At Aurigo, I was not very happy with dirty. This seemed like a very minor problem and I once conveyedit to the management. I was not sure whether it would be of a major concern.
