Over the past year, I've had an amazing experience that started with internship and turned into a full-time role. During the internship, I got to work on real-time products, which was a great hands-on learning experience. The company culture and team was incredibly supportive, and my manager has been a huge part of that. He's reallyunderstanding and flexible,always ready to support me whenever I need it. The company also encourages exploring new paths and learning opportunities, which has been a great motivator for my growth. My seniors were always there to guide me, and even as a fresher, I has the chance to work on the client projects and communicate directly with clients. This experience halped me grow both technically and in my communication skills. After finishing my internship, I was offered a full-time position. I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up.
