new office location(Jagatpura), its very problematic situation to work there for me due to 40 km one side distance from my home.

Nothing. I was working at AU as assistant manager in SME assets operations and my reporting manager is not supported me in my initial time either he was insecure with me because we both have equally qualified. Politics are also there in team. Favouritism also exist there. Never ever join this company.

All I mentioned in likes above. Actually in AU nothing is for like everything is for disliked.

Everything management is very poor worst culture of working no leaves if the targets not completed then the branches will also open for 2nd and 4th Saturday no enjoyment for working holiday always do activities early morning no work life balanced

Here is the branch of the branch manager's father. When the senior comes, he will ask you to speak about your company for 15 minutes😂 Here the employees do not get service, the matter of customer is very far away.
