Absolute Great place to work with stalwart of chemical industry and little of agricultural segment also. The people at here are also very much supportive and helpful in any matter. Compensation and pther benefits are also attractive.

Dislikes

Growth in terms of finance is very good but in terms of hierarchy is slow as company has huge staff of more than 5000 persons.

Even if you don't have a job, don't join Atul. Highest levels of politics. They are still in Raja & Maharaja times. Your sincearity and hardwork has no meaning at all. Your performance would be based on opinion of few who themselves are fighting among themselves and will make u a scarp goat. Worst organisation and it's culture.
