A lot to say !! will not buy licensed version of laptop , even CCTV camera used to see employee taking biscuits to eat from cafeteria , only money is what it matters for them , no employee grooming for next stage . all consultants are only looked as money . nothing good for employees . i would say 1 guy called Daniel , he thinks he is aristocrat and deciding guy for all (Simply to say a man of Costcutting) - waste...Read More

I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
