ATMA is a good platform to update your knowledge as it works for Agriculture and it's allied departments. Good way to serve farmers and help them to know new technology. But due to a centrally sponsored scheme there is lack of job security. We are getting consolidated pay and moreover it is working under a particular department at State level various types of issues and problems faced by ATMA staff.
