...nology. But due to a centrally sponsored scheme there is lack of job security. We are getting consolidated pay and moreover it is working under a particular department at State level various types of issues and problems faced by ATMA staff. As ATMA is a autonomous body so it should work independently than it will work more efficiently

No job security, Various restrictions during work, As it is autonomous body still it works in under a particular department. Too much interference of department officials.

Likes

work with farmers group and bottom to top . Diffrent type of extension activities like training, demonstration, exposure, etc.

Temporary planning . Future are not sequred , various type of problem like system is bottom to top but implementation is top to bottom etc.

First of all ATMA is not a private company it’s a central State Agriculture project which shares 60:40.I like the job that ATMA works with farmers

It’s a 11 month contractual scheme so there were no job gaurenty and not an employee growth

I was working in ATMA, Munger( Bihar) from 2006 to 2013 as a Deputy project Director.For better opportunity in 2013 I resigned from atma,munger( Bihar) to take golden chance in Uttar pradesh gov.After that I had appointed in ATMA(Agra) in 2013 for scheme period.But according to Uttar pradesh gov., my selection in atma,agra as a deputy project director on deputation basis for only 5 years. So,in 2018 my appointment was consummated by UP gov.

It is very good platform to learn much more about agriculture extension work and Interaction with farmers community.

Dislikes

Atma establishment policy is not good for employees. Establishment policy of ATMA in UP is very poor because of negative infarrence of buerocrates.
