It is very good platform to learn much more about agriculture extension work and Interaction with farmers community.

Dislikes

Atma establishment policy is not good for employees. Establishment policy of ATMA in UP is very poor because of negative infarrence of buerocrates.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. First of all ATMA is not a private company it’s a central State Agriculture project which shares 60:40.I like the job that ATMA works with farmers

Dislikes

It’s a 11 month contractual scheme so there were no job gaurenty and not an employee growth
